Trip to the Moon presents ROTO - a selection of live improvised performances by Tom Ludvigson and Trevor Reekie. This is music of the moment, interactive co-compositions made up spontaneously in the studio, recorded straight to digital multitrack and mixed without any overdubs.

This is a new direction for Trip to the Moon, whose previous work has all been multitracked in the studio with contributions from other musicians, notably Greg Johnson, Nigel Gavin and Jim Langabeer, who all appear on many of the Trip to the Moon CD releases through the past decades. Instead we have just Tom Ludvigson and Trevor Reekie creating spontaneous electro-acoustic music in real-time in the studio, with a more ambient and sparse, sometimes even meditative, result.
